Shipping Method‐ All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery unless another specific carrier is requested. Transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Longer transit time is required to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. and International Shipments. Need your Sol and Selene products ASAP? We also offer express shipping such as FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Express Saver (3-Day) for an additional fee.

We will gladly accept unworn, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers. Please contact the business where you purchased our product regarding their return policy.
Any item(s) purchased as a Buy One Get One offer are eligible for refunds. If only one item from a Buy One Get One offer is returned for a refund, the cost of the original purchase will be split equally between the two items.
Face Masks and Face Shields are final sale items. As such all final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges and/or store credit.
How to Return:
Complete and submit the fields on the next page. A return shipping label will be provided to you automatically and you may be responsible for a fee of $15.
Please keep merchandise in its original packaging and enclose a copy of your RMA form inside of the box.
Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx drop-off location.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding duties and all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
At this time, Sol and Selene does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to back to our website to submit a new order for your new items.
