Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! 

We will gladly offer easy returns and a free one-time exchange for your order on unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  

All returns (except for damages and wrong items sent) will be subject to a $4.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. If you select the exchange option, the return shipping fee will be waived. Please note, we offer one free exchange per order only; any returns after that will incur return fees.

Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a refund only. For a replacement, please complete the return request and place a new order for your item(s). 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and with original packaging with tags still attached. We cannot offer refunds on items deemed damaged - scratched, used, or with missing tags. 

We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers. Please contact the business where you purchased our product regarding their return policy.

Face Masks and Face Shields are final sale items. As such all final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges and/or store credit.

All discount codes are one-time use. Promotional/coupon code discounts can't be added after an order has been placed or applied to a previous purchase or exchange. 

 

Sol and Selene reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 

Sol and Selene is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number.

 

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

 

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Complete and submit the fields on our return page

  2. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you would like to return/exchange for review.

  3. Once your return request is approved, you have the option of receiving a  pre-paid return shipping label or a QR code that will automatically be sent to you by email.

  4. Please keep merchandise in its original packaging and affix the pre-paid label to the original package. 

  5. Drop the package off at your nearest mail drop-off location.

  6. Have a QR code? You can simply have the store associate scan your QR code to complete your packaged drop-off. 

  7. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned/exchanged merchandise.

  8. Sol and Selene does not refund any shipping costs on returns unless the return was due to an error on our part.

  9. We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding duties and all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Please note, a $4.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  10. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange, simply visit our return portal here and follow the steps above.

We offer one free exchange per order only; any returns after that will incur return fees.

If you've requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped along with a new  tracking email.

While exchanging, you have the option for an instant exchange if you prefer not to wait for the return. For an instant exchange, we'll place a hold on your credit card for the new item's cost and process your order right away. Once your return reaches the carrier, we'll release the hold. You have 21 days to ship your item(s). If we don't see your return in transit after 21 days, we'll charge your card for the full amount of the item(s).
