Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don’t love it, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Returns

Unused items in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus a $4.99 return shipping fee.

All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. We cannot offer refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, scratches, alterations, or missing tags.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Sol and Selene reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order on unused items in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase.

If you return an item after completing an exchange, the return will be subject to the $4.99 return shipping fee.

If you request an exchange, your new item will be shipped once your exchange is processed. You will receive a tracking email once your new item is on the way.

Final Sale Items

All mask products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

Promotional Codes

All discount codes are one-time use only. Promotional and coupon code discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed and cannot be applied to previous purchases or exchanges.

Third-Party Retailers

We do not accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the business where you purchased the item for assistance with their return policy.

 

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  1. Visit our return page and enter your order information. 

  2. Select the item or items you would like to return or exchange.

  3. Submit your request for review.

  4. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label or QR code by email.

  5. Package your item in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label, or use the QR code at an approved drop-off location.

  6. Drop off your package at the nearest eligible carrier location. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned or exchanged merchandise.

If you selected a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes once your return is received and processed. A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Sol and Selene is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number.

Package Pick-Up Fee

If you require package pick-up as part of your return, an additional fee may apply. This fee covers the cost of arranging carrier pick-up from your location and will be deducted from your refund total. The exact amount will be communicated when your return is initiated.

Report a Claim

If you received an incorrect or defective item, or if your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please submit a claim through our return portal for review.

Enter your zip code and order number or tracking number to locate your order. Select the item related to your claim and include a brief description of the issue. Please upload a clear photo when applicable so our team can properly review your request.

Once submitted, our customer service team will review your claim and determine the appropriate next steps. Claims for packages marked as delivered but not received may require additional carrier review. You will be notified by email once your claim has been reviewed.

Please note: All claims are subject to review and approval. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or return authorization.
