Shipping Costs ‐ Sol and Selene offers free shipping via FedEx Home Delivery for all purchases in the Continental US (Not including Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping Method ‐ All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery unless another specific carrier is requested. Transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Longer transit time is required to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. and International Shipments. Need your Sol and Selene products ASAP? We also offer express shipping such as FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Express Saver (3-Day) for an additional fee.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy!
We will gladly accept unworn, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers. Please contact the business where you purchased our product regarding their return policy.
Any item(s) purchased as a Buy One Get One offer are eligible for refunds. If only one item from a Buy One Get One offer is returned for a refund, the cost of the original purchase will be split equally between the two items.
Face Masks and Face Shields are final sale items. As such all final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges and/or store credit.
